Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return&Refund Policy

Each product is made by hand, and before sending it to the customer, it is checked for quality.

I gladly accept returns and cancellations

A cancellation request is possible before the order is shipped.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The damaged package must be reported to the courier and checked together with the courier. Based on the protocol of opening the damaged package, the return will be processed within 14 business days. To obtain a refund, please send photos of the damaged package and the damaged product to the email address crochetua.ca@gmail.com
